There really were no melee DPS specific blue gems, so I included the stamina ones even though I assume most people would go for the green or purple gems. More stamina is always good; Many high level encounters require a high health base.

I left off the AP gems in favor of stength, and the agility gems in favor of crit. Given that for each color slot, there are both strength and AP equivalent gems, there is no reason to choose AP (raw stats will scale with kings). I also left hit and haste on the table.
