Magical resistance caps out at 365 (75% mitigation), for level 70 players facing level 73 raid bosses (effectively boss level * 5). This list should add up to more than 365, allowing you to mix and match pieces. Remember that the paladin Frost Resistance Aura adds 70 frost resistance and does not stack with MotW or any resistance buff. It should however, stack with the resistance flask. The resistance BS pieces are gained by Karazhan rep. They are expensive to craft, but needed for Hydross. The Frost Armor Kit pattern drops off of the first boss in Steamvaults if I recall correctly.
