The Seal of Righteousness approximations in the post below is not correct, the formula is somewhat more complicated (bite me, I typed that at lunch at work). 521 spell damage on a 1.8 speed weapon (the exalted HH rep one) will do 148 or 149 holy damage per swing. Will find and post the correct formula whenever.

Earlier today I experimentally derived that SoR deals approximately 28 base DPS, plus approximately 9% of spell damage as DPS (I tried using the figures of 9.6% and 9.2% that I have read before, but neither of those quite worked out with the numbers I got). It is increased by 10% if you have one-handed spec and are wielding a one-handed weapon (i.e. you're not bare-fisted).
This formula worked when I used Latro's Shifting Sword, Continuum Blade, and no weapon. I can post data if you'd like.
