Hello I am Keiya, long time geek, gamer, and computer enthusiast. I consider myself a renaissance geek in the sense that I have a wide variety of interests rather than one specific thing.
HDO is my blog and shrine to anything that interests me at the moment, which is mostly gaming; and by gaming I mean World of Warcraft. My main fixation rotates often, usually at the exclusion of my other interests, thus the reason why this site goes dead for weeks on end.

I deleted a SIM with a cheat because he froze while holding one of my toddlers, now when I try to adopt or add another family member (I have 7 in the family) it says household full. When I log on to my file the deleted Sim shows up on the picture but in the game he's not there? how do I change this? I want another Sim, I also want to know whether elders can get children? Thankyou.
i need some help again! i had an amazing idea, it turned out not so amazing tho :( . i had all the cheats i needed, got heaps of money and had a huge family! ) so i wanted them all to be ghosts. but i cant have them all ghosts i had to leave one of them. i killed them in i dont know how many ways- it was pretty fun actually. then waited and did the whole resurrect thing. but the poor girl who had to be the one still not a ghost... after her entire seven other family members died..... you had no idea how sad she was. so i wanted to make a ghost baby. but i cant becuase there are too many people- how do you kill the 'already killed'? - and she isnt happy enough- is there a cheat to make her happy? becuase i cant find one that works.- i really want a ghost baby!!! maybe even twins if i can! i know my sister did it- but i cant be bothered to make anoth family. plz someone help me!!!!!

back way up to the question about how sims can die, there are heaps of ways. starve them to death, drown them- (although this is difficult in sims three becuase you have to put a wall around the pool so they cant climb out) once i got a girl who wasnt handy at all to work on a tv- she died of electrocution. you can always burn them to death, too. there's always a 'mysterious' fire while they are locked in a room with it. you can let them die out. there has been a rumor of letting the flies eat them. you lock him in a really tight space and put filthy dishes around them til the flies come. i dont think it's true but it's worth a try. but by all means- if your a nice person let them die of old age! oh and if you are a nice person but cant be bothered to wait that long- using the 'trigger age transformation' cheat will kill them if you use it enough. bye! XXX

if u have the G15 with the Blue lights, just hold both Ctrl then use the Vol. control in the middle below the flip LCD.
If you got the Orange lit G15 (like me). hold both Ctrls then use the Vol. up key to go down, and then Vol. down key to go up

Final Fantasy XIII will feature uncompressed video and audio on the PS3 and will be contained in 1 blue-ray disc. I think the 360 has confirmed 3 or 4 dvd-9 discs that will have compressed video and audio. In any case, I am very excitied to seeing it in 1080p (bwahahahaha). ^.^

I'll give this game a shot pretty soon. I don't replay RPG's either because I already know what is going to happen. With the exception of Xenosaga III since it was so well done.

Dragon Age Origins is awesome, two thumbs up. It's a single player RPG, so there isn't any co-op or multiplayer. It's a very long game, easily 50+ hours to complete, but well worth it imo. I'll publish a review/post about it some time this week.
Oh also: If possible, I recommend getting the PC version over the consoles because of the interface difference (button bar to keybind spells, ability to zoom out into an overhead view ala baldur's gate). From what I understand, the console radial menus are sufficient though.
Uncharted 2 is on my to play list. I might pick it up after Mass Effect 2, assuming that nothing new is coming out in the news month >_<. Yay new games!
Hey Keiya, how is dragon age, origins? I'm thinking of playing it next. Is it necessary to play it co-op. Is the co-op on ps3 offline or offline. I know you probably the PC version of it. How long do you think it will take to complete the game in hours? I finished Uncharted 2. I did it in 13hours, also allot of that time was spent idling and taking my time trying to solve puzzles (which I just watched youtube for, when I got stuck). Overall, I think the visuals and places you visit are visually appealing and I definetely recommend it.
The router doubling as a digitial photo frame is an excellent idea.
FFXI has changed ten fold since then its alot better in my oppinion. I play both WoW and FFXI WoW is nice but a lil to cartoonish for me. I soloed 13 jobs to 75 max merit solo on FFXI withing 6 months of 3-4 hours a day max.

yea I am downloading FF11 as i type this cause i just bought it off of steam too lol. I've played ff11 before but i want to start playing it again (and im very excited for ff14) but i play wow also and since i last played ff11, which was about 2 years ago, i liked it for the most part but wow has been better for me. im very interested in seeing the changes in ff11 and me and my brother are going to start playing together and maybe a few friends. but i will say i did love the community on ff a lot better. people on wow are very rude and really dont help much.
I have a pair of Sennheiser HD465's and some Sony earbuds. I would love to get a pair of really nice earbuds that isolate sound better, but for the moment the ones that I have are sufficient.

To the person above me - The game has been out for, what? almost 7 years? So yeah, a lot of stuff its downloading :P I, too, am updating the trial and stuff as we speak. WIsh I had done it earlier so I couldve taken advantage of the ultimate collection on Steam for 11 bucks ( if it turns out I like it ) xD .
Played the game when it first came out, but at the time I was a hardcore EQ 1 gamer and after all the time I had spent on my characters on there , I really didnt want to start all over on FFXI, no matter how much I love FF =s
But, here I am, about to give it a go..again. Mainly because I have seen the community, know it to be a TON better than the WoW community ( which I ended up playing for the past 5 years because all of my friends migrated there from EQ and it fit my casual playstyle since RL had interfered with the hardcore gaming that I used to do ) I played on and off over the years, and ALWAYS met genuinely cool people every time I played. Think I am here to just do what I want, with no real set goals in mind, to pass the time away until FFXIV comes out =D

... This trial verison for FFXI is like 15 hours wtf lol. I used to play WoW but they made it too easy and gay. So im trying this game out... Is there a class or whatever that summons stuff? Idk if its my computer but yea 15 hours for a trial ah..
I don't think there is a cheat for 16 sims in one household. I know alot of the cheats, (pretty much all of them) and I don't think there is one. Sorry. :)
