I was bored and having trouble finding a list of the new gems online sorted by spec and what not so I made one. It is up to you to do the theory crafting to decide what stat to socket in what slot. The pages below are just general lists of gems that you might need given a specific spec and color slot, mostly for my personal use. Don't bother matching gem colors of the slot bonus is crap because many of them are just that, crap.
The links names aren't color coded by item quality, I was lazy and didn't do that. The Wowhead mousovers however should work. I also resorted the old BC gem into this guide, even though they aren't too relevant anymore.
